The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 4, Episode 6 Promo Teases A Huge Turning Point

The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 4 Episode 6 Updates:  Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale has gone on to explore surprising places since running out of material from the book at the end of Season 1. June has had her fair share of exploring when he travelled to abandoned houses, the old offices of the Boston Globe, and even down to Washington D.C. The series has also taken viewers to Canada’s Little America and out to the Colonies. But his latest trip to Chicago might suggest to be a turning point, as The Handmaid’s Tale Season 4, Episode 6 promo hints June is once again being given a shot at freedom.

At the end of the Episode 5, “ Chicago”, June and Janine are caught in a bombing run by Gilead to blow the cover off the American rebellion. When June regains consciousness, Janine is nowhere to be seen, Instead a new figure emerges from the dust and smoke: Moira.

The episode ended at the instance both of them saw each other, before any one of the character could speak, this ending of the episode had fans thinking where June was having visions or dreams, but the new promo cleared all the confusion confirming Moira is real, and she’s there with a group of aid workers, including her new friend Oona.

All About The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 4, Episode 6

The critics of the show have cited that insistence of June from The Handmaid’s Tale in Gilead is against any logic and reason. This is because of the showruner Bruce Miller, who told reporters that after Season 2 finale he saw June’s escape as show’s “ happy ending”.

Once she left the series would be over. But things have changed in show during Season 3 and 4, author Margaret Atwood released a sequel, The Testaments, in which it confirms June escaped Gilead without Hannah.

This does not surely mean the coming episode will feature June’s big exit as fans can see that she’s not in her right mind when Moira finds her. She has been through an attack and have lost Janine, moreover she is in denial that bombing may have killed Janine.

Added to that, Oona’s insistence that they can’t take June out of Gilead also suggests that she may not be able to leave with Moira, If Moira somehow does manage to snuggle June out, she might have to do it all on her own. It will be a gripping watch when the Handmaid’s Tale continues Wednesdays on Hulu.
