Is Frank of Ireland Season 2 Confirmed? Is the 2021 Series Renewed?

Frank of Ireland Season 2 Updates: “Frank of Ireland” is an Irish comedy television series made by Brian Gleeson and Domhnall Gleeson. It was aired by two channels, channel 4 and Amazon prime on 15th and 16th April respectively.

The show is about a guy in his thirties called Frank who still lives with his mother. He could be seen as a man child who is an aspiring and optimistic songwriter but only he thing he could be said to be good at is ruining everything good in his best Friend Doofus’ life.

The setting of the show is in suburbs or Ireland. The main characters Frank an Doofus are played by the Gleeson brothers themselves.

The show received, unexpectedly, very highly positive reception with people loving it everywhere around the world. The show is inclusive of drama, comedy, thriller as well as horror. To our surprise, it presents every kind of emotions fairly well on the screen.

Considering the fairly well reception, there would be another season of the show but as of now Channel 4 or Amazon prime have not confirmed anything about the future of the show. Maybe the views assessed by the end of the month would determine the prospect of season two of the show.

The show does not have lack of content as in season one, very few things have been touched and they can develop the characters more and their individual separate storyline also have a lot of potential.

When Brian was asked if there would be another season, he sounded hopeful and said that he would love to but he is not sure as Both brothers have projects to do in the upcoming year.

Frank said that Domhnall has another play to be in and he himself would be featuring in some other TV show but let us all be hopeful here.
