P-Valley Season 2 Release Date, Cast, Plot and Other Details

P-Valley Season 2 Updates: P-Valley, created by Katori Hall, is an adaptation of the creator’s play named Pussy Hall. The series follows several people who work at The Pynk, a strip club in the ‘dirty delta’ of Mississippi.

The American drama first aired on 12 July, 2020 and kept receiving overwhelming response with each new episode. The show was one of the highest rated TV series in its debut year with an IMDb rating of 7/10 and a whopping 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Seeing its popularity and the positive response the series received, it was renewed for a second season merely a fortnight after its premiere, with only three episodes released by then, on July 27, 2020. Since then, fans have been waiting for its second season to see what happens in the shady club next.

P-Valley Season 2: Release date

There has not been any official announcement yet regarding the release date for the second installment. However, online rumors suggested that it might air on May 11. As expected, these rumors have turned out to be false and baseless.

If we were to consider how new seasons generally air one year after the release of the previous season, we would not be expecting season two before July 2021. However, production of various TV shows and movies have either been postponed or come to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic and consequent government restrictions.

It seems very likely that the show might release much later than originally planned. All we can do until then is be content with the fact that we would surely be getting to see more of our favorite strip club back on screen.
