Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 Updates: The show chronicles the lives of the crew members who work and live in a 177 sailing yacht during a charter season in Greece (season 1) and in Croatia (season 2). Captain Glen Shephard and his crew set out on sail in a luxurious sailing yacht to explore the serene clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
They spend days on the yacht surviving together. Along with the luxuries come hard core challenges which the crew members have to overcome safely to survive on the show. The first season aired on 3rd February 2020. The show is the second spin-off of Below Deck, a series aired on the same network.

WHO IS COLIN MACRAE?
Colin Macrae is a long-time sailor who worked as a Chief Engineer on numerous superyachts for more than eight years. Colin was born and brought up in New Zealand. He later moved to Panama where he lives on his catamaran. Before joining the show Colin was living in Panama with his girlfriend Martina.
After the show ended Colin announced on his Instagram handle that he and his girlfriend have parted ways.
Before joining the show Colin used to help boat owners repair damage from hurricanes. He has also uploaded many Youtube videos showing how he repairs boats from the ground up on his Youtube channel “Sailing Parlay Revival”. He has around 139,000 subscribers on Youtube.
He posts videos very often and is quite active on social media Colin is usually seen engaged in the engine room rather than getting involved in crew politics on the show. He became friends with the first mate on deck Gary King. Colin often spoke about his girlfriend back home and shared the sad story of his dog who had to be put down while he was on charter.
Colin would often call his girlfriend for emotional support while he was on the show. Colin now has two dogs – Mcfly and Lindo. It has been found that Colin had spent his life savings on a hurricane-damaged 2012 Lagoon 450 catamaran. Colin is quite the people person with a big heart and an impish smile.
