Peaky Blinders is a British crime drama television series created by Steven Knight. It is set in Birmingham, England, and shows the unjust rule of the Shelby crime family. The family is based on an urban youth gang that exploited the people of the post-WW-1 world.
The first four seasons of the show were released on BBC Two while the fifth was released on BBC One. The first season of the show came out on September 12, 2013. The show has won the hearts of many. It is still popular until this date. The show running successfully until the fifth season with its sixth season being filmed itself proves its success story.
The show also managed to win a lot of awards due to its amazing cast and a great storyline. Among all, the BAFTA TV Awards for Drama Series in 2018 was a great success for the show. The show was running under BBC Networks until Netflix made a deal with Weinstein Company and Endemol, who had acquired the rights to release Peaky Blinders in the United States and around the world.

Each episode running for a time span of about 55-65 minutes. Peaky Blinders Season 6 has been filmed. One of the stars of the show, Helen McCrory passed away last Friday which hit the team with shock. With the filming of the sixth season currently running, the death of Helen who played the role of Polly for the first five seasons is extremely devastating. The team paid a heartwarming tribute to her and bid her final goodbye.
