Ozark Season 4: Release Date, Cast, Story, Season 3 Recap

Published by

Ozark season 4, the final season of Netflix’s famous crime drama starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney, will be released in two parts, each with seven episodes. The series is expected to end with a bang. The murder and deception that surround the morally corrupt Byrde family have made for thrilling viewing since this series premiered on the streaming service in 2017. After an astonishing twist, in the final seconds of Season 3, we’re eager to see how Ozark concludes.

Ozark delivers a grim, grizzly thriller that somehow manages to make the number-crunching behind a drug cartel seem exciting as all hell season after season, surprising audiences. The show has been lead by the Byrde family’s plunge into the criminal underground, with cartel higher-ups gradually moving closer to the Ozarks with each season. In season 3, matters went personal. Ben, Wendy’s brother, was played by Tom Pelphrey. Wendy’s loyalty to the cartel was put to the test when she was thrown into the mix.

Netflix renewed Ozark for a 14-episode Season 4 in June 2020, which will be split into two packs of seven episodes, and shooting began last year, so we won’t have to wait long to find out what comes next.

The final season will have 14 episodes, split into two groups of seven episodes that will air at various times. It is estimated that Netflix will release Ozark Season 4 part 1 in 2021. The Witcher, You, Sex Education, and Cobra Kai were confirmed to return in the second half of 2021, but the show was not listed in a recent announcement regarding material returning in the second half of this year. • Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde

After his heartbreaking departure in season 3, scene-stealer Tom Pelphrey will not be returning this season as Wendy’s brother Ben. We also don’t expect Janet McTeer to return from the dead as Helen, who died a gruesome death in the final moments of Season 3. Julia Garner, who has been a fan favorite during the season, will reprise her role as the indomitable Ruth Langmore.
