Jupiter’s Legacy Updates: Jupiter’s Legacy is an upcoming American superhero streaming television on Netflix. The show created by Steven S. DeKnight, is set to premier on Netflix on May 7,2021. The series is mainly based on the comic series with the same name.

The story revolves around the world’s first superheroes who received their powers in the 1930s during the time of great depression. But in the present day, the division among them and their children is quite worrying. The division here is mainly due to the difference in opinion between the parents and the children.

The show has become quite popular in short time limit and has been successful in captivating the interest of the viewers. The cast of the show has been working hard to make their characters look as real as they could. Here, we’ll know about the cast of the show.

Josh Duhamel plays Sheldon Sampson/The Utopian

Sheldon Sampson is more famous among the people with the name as The Utopian, the leader of the super-hero team; Union of Justice. He has a kind heart and believes that irrespective of the circumstances, a superhero must never kill his/her enemy.

He’s been married to Grace and has two children. However his beliefs and ideas and his views on showing mercy to the enemies are shaken by a case in the near future as it carries the risk of tearing his family apart.

Josh was also seen in the movie Transformers, as the military man William Lennox. He has also starred in other films like New Year’s Eve and Safe Haven.

Ben Daniels plays Walter Sampson/Brainwave

As the surname of the character suggests, Walter Sampson is the brother of Sheldon Sampson and also a fellow superhero. The name Brainwave has been given to him since he’s too good with psychic abilities. This ability is known for its ability in weakening the enemies and creating a blind spot.

Ben began his career as a theatre artist. He later bagged various roles in Law & Order: UK, House of Cards and The Paradise. Recently, he has also starred in The Exorcist sequel series.

Grace Sampson is Sheldon’s wife and owns the name of Lady Liberty. She has always been a caring and lovely lady who helps her children out if Sheldon is treating them too harshly. She cares about everyone around her.

Bibb has also played small roles in the first two Iron Man movies and has also played the character of Mom in Netflix’s The Babysitter teen horror movies.

Elena Kampouris plays Chloe Sampson

Being the daughter of the great superhero parents Sheldon and Grace, Chloe was also gifted with super powers . But she doesn’t like being a superhero and decides to ditch her responsibilities and instead chooses to be a social media influencer and model. She is also addicted to drugs which has a bad effect on her life.

Elena has previously woked in short-lived Anna Friel series American Odyssey and also in Sacred Lies.

Andrew Horton plays Brandon Sampson/The Paragon

Brandon Sampson, being the son of Sheldon and Grace was also gifted with super powers since his birth. He always wished to be a good superhero and followed his father’s footsteps. However, he never got his father’s appreciation. His father mostly criticised him and thus this led to the creation of a gap between them.

Horton has played small roles in Doctors and Fantasy Flick, How to talk to girls at parties even being a newcomer.

Mike Wade plays Fitz Small/The Flare

Fitz is presently paralyzed below his waist and moves around in his wheelchair. He’s a former employee of the Sheldon’s and had joined Union of Justice after he gained superpower. His daughter, Petra also follows his footprints as she also aims to become a superhero.

Wade was previously seen in many episodes of US Military drama SEAL Team.

Matt Lanter plays George Hutchence/Skyfox

George was a good friend and supporter of Sheldon’s ideas and beliefs and was also a member of Union of Justice, before he turned against the group. Although nothing has been revealed yet,but there seems to be something far more deep to the reason why he turned against the group.

Matt Walker was seen in the role of Anakin Skywalker for animated series The Clone Wars. He also made a cameo in the Star Wars movie as the Mandalorian and also played a role in fan favourite sci-fi drama Timeless.

David Julian Hirsh plays Richard Conrad/Blue Bolt

Richard is one of the founding members of the superhero organization, Union of Justice. He’s known as the Blue Bolt for his incredible speed.

He appeared in Weeds, Grimm and also in the television adaptation of action franchise Taken.

Jupiter’s Legacy: Tenika Davis plays Petra Small

Petra is Fritz’s daughter who’s determined to follow her father’s footsteps and make him proud. She also abides by the Utopian’s strict rules and wishes to be one of the most powerful superheroes.

Davis has previous appeared in Hudson & Rex, aired on Alibi in the UK.

Ian Quinlan plays Hutch

Ian being the son of the greatest superhero on earth doesn’t have any powers of his own. But, he does have an arsenal of cool super-gadgets. These gadgets make him almost as powerful as he would have been with in-born superhero powers.

Quinlan was a part of DC Comics drama Gotham, where he played the role of a police officer. He was also seen in the series, Orange is the new Black as Metzler.

Anna Akana plays Raikou

Raikou is a dangerous mercenary who’s a threat for the earth. She is an experienced martial artist and is also lethal with her sword in her hand. She also has psychic abilities with the capacity to destroy someone’s mind from within.

Akana is a famous YouTuber with about 2.8 million subscribers. She has also made a cameo in Marvel’s Ant-Man and also played a small role in A Million Little Things.

Tyler Mane plays Blackstar

Blackstar is an incredibly strong enemy of the Union of Justice. His strength is beyond imagination. He has the capability to even fight alone against the whole team of superheroes from Union of Justice.

Tyler was a professional wrestler during 1986-1996. He later went on to become an actor and played the role of Sabertooth in the first live-action X-Men film.
