Thor: Love & Thunder Wraps Filming In One Month

Thor: Love & Thunder Updates: The director of Thor: Love and Thunder Taika Waititi revealed to Daily Mail that his second Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie only has “four weeks left” before filming comes to an end. He also built up the hype for the fourth solo movie saying it “might be the best Marvel film ever” when asked about shooting.

Thor: Love and Thunder moving towards the finish, and its director Taika Waititi says the Thor fourth sequel could be the “best Marvel film ever.” Filming the movie has been ongoing since late January in Chris Hemsworth’s native Australia, wherever the Marvel Studios production has utilized Industrial Light & Magic’s craft virtual production technology utilized by Waititi and different filmmakers throughout the making of Disney’s live-action Star Wars series The Mandalorian.

This movie is set to introduce another set of galactic characters, as well as bring back some fan favorites too. Waititi additionally directs MCU newcomers Christian Bale (The Dark Knight trilogy) as Gorr the God Butcher and Russell Crowe (Man of Steel) as Zeus.

Recent set photos disclosed a big-name actress will play a short role as an Asgardian actor playing Hela, Thor’s half-sister played by Cate Blanchett in Ragnarok. Tessa Thompson will be back as Valkyrie and also the Guardians of the Galaxy. The appearance of Guardians in Thor: Love and Thunder is going to shake things up and it will give Director the chance to play up their humorous dynamic.

On rejoining with Chris Hemsworth, whose Asgardian avenger took an additional humorous tone in Ragnarok, Taika Waititi said, “He is a funny guy, he’s a good friend and he’s also someone that you just want to hang out with all the time. And I think that’s all you really want from a superhero or a main character in your movie.”

The movie is a prequel to The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and a sequel to Thor, Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, and Avengers: Endgame. It is the 29th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the 6th film of Phase Four.

The movie is set to be released on February 11, 2022 This film may raise the bar for casts in a solo film, even after Spider-Man: No Way Home blows the multiverse vast. Fans are anxious to see Chris Hemsworth’s return as the God of Thunder after his isolating characterization in Avengers: Endgame.
