Selena: The Series Part 2, Netflix seems to have decided to bless us with season 2 of its original series Selena: The Series. The series is an American biographical drama based on one of the best female artists to have ever existed, Selena Quintanilla-Pérez, a Latin American artist.

the first season showed us the young superstar’s early years and humble beginnings, her relationships, and her knack for music. The first season of her tragic story left us with her rocky courtship with Chris Perez.

The season will pick up where the previous one left off. It would include several highlights of her career as a musician such as her legendary performance of her song ‘Bidi Bidi Bom Bomb.

Christian Serratos, who plays the role of the singer herself would also don some of the latter’s iconic outfits, giving fans a chance to re-live the legendary moments, even twenty years later. Looking as stunning as ever, Serratos also looks like she’s genuinely having fun while respecting the dead superstar.

The series would also talk about her struggles including her breakout with Los Dinos and how she had it quite tough trying to make it as a solo artist, all while trying to remain to herself and her beliefs.
