There is news that is not quite good for the fans and we need to tell you and that is that there is no new episode of the drama airing the following week. There is no confirmation when will the episode come or if it would come at all. The future kind of hints that NCIS: New Orleans will be back on the air until May, and there is absolutely no other way to make it happen fast.

The easy answer for the delay has to do with the channel’s own programming strategy. There’s a strategy to keep it from airing, they need to make sure that they can then provide new episodes weekly until the series finale comes out on the 23rd of that month. This is a crucial period for advertisers, so the network clearly wants to get their money worth of what is a shortened season.

It’s hard to present anything close to confirmation but CBS has the ability to release hints and tease us what is to come, hope is that there will be some news that might tease something next week.
