Haikyuu!! Season 5 Updates: Haikyu has been at the top of the most viewed anime series for so long because of its slightly different plotline. Haikyu is based on a Japanese manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. It was adapted into a show in 2014 and was aired on April 6, 2014. Its plotline revolves around a character named Shōyō Hinata, who is short in stature but is massively motivated to play volleyball despite his height.
The entire plotline revolves around volleyball matches and him making this show one of the best sports-based anime. But, it is not popular solely on the basis of that but also because the anime looks after the character development of each one of its characters and manages to make the fans connect with all of the deep.
Haikyuu!! Season 5: Release Date
The latest season of the show was aired in 2020 in two parts because of the pandemic with the first 12 parts being released in early 2020 while the season came to its end in December.
There has been no official announcement about the renewal of the show for another season but with its immense popularity and fame, one can expect another season nonetheless.

The Possible Plot
Season 4 ends with the shocking win of Karasuno High against the much stronger Inarizaki after which the players want to enjoy a much-deserved rest after all the stress and efforts they put in for the match but Hinata claims that he can’t still play another match but players retire to face the Nekoma High team the next day. Following the manga series, we would see the contents of chapter 293 forward in Haikyuu!! Season 5 of the show with the main storyline revolving around the match between Karasuno and Nekoma.
The show has been famous for its efficient way of revealing more about a character through flashbacks and we might see more of it and will get to know more about the backstories of Nekoma players and staff members in the next season.
