The grace of The Gods Season 2: By the grace of the Gods is a Japanese anime series based on the novel written and illustrated by Riviera. It initially began telecasted in the user-serialization novel publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro in 2014.

Ryouma Takebayashi is a child who lives beyond the reach of human contact in the woods. He has adopted a strange hobby of keeping various kinds of slime as his pets. His appearance is mature compared to his age, possesses out magic because of his endurance power. His previous life wasn’t so easy. Thus, three gods blessed him with a second chance to achieve one goal: to savor the wonders of life. Ryouma starts meeting different new people after 3 years of comfortable life which alters his life in many ways, eventually, leading him to a new path of exploration.

Season 2, When will it premiere?

By the Grace Of The Gods Season,1 premiered on 4th October 2020 with 12 episodes. No official statement is released to announce the renewal of the show. However, the ending episodes of the show give us hope to wait for another season. If the series get renewed for season 2 in the next 3 months, the next season will likely air in late 2021 or early 2022.

Any plot expectations?

Season 1 began with the episode ‘The Beginning of a New Era,’ where slimes eagerly wait for the food. Selma prepares the food for the children, Callum closes the store, Eliaria remains disappointed as she didn’t bond with Lemur birds. Ryoma talked about his retreatment when the birds return so that his presence doesn’t spook the birds. Eliana insists he stay and in the meantime, she plays her violin with helped her to bond with the lemur birds. Ryoma gets inspired by her and he himself starts playing guitar to bond with the birds. Ryoma and Eliaria mark their friendship by exchanging gifts when Eliaria offers her mother a necklace to him while he gives her his 2 slimes. Later they part ways but promise to meet each other after 3 years.

Season 2 might continue with Ryoma sharpening his magic skills on the earth and later his life would be filled with new adventures. We are very hopeful for season 2 to be renewed super soon.
