Good Trouble Season 4 Confirmed? When is the Series Back?

Good Trouble Season 4 Updates: Since its premiere back in January 2019, fans have been loving the Good Trouble season 4, so much so that it might now be back for a fourth season. Created by Joanna Johnson, Bradley Bredeweg, and Peter Paige, the drama is a spin off the much loved The Fosters.

The show follows sisters Callie Adams Foster (Maia Mitchell) and Mariana Adams Foster (Cierra Ramirez), as they continue to live their lives in Los Angeles.

While Mariana competes to make her mark in the male dominated tech world, Callie struggles in the legal system as she works for a federal judge.

After relocating to The Coterie in downtown Los Angeles, the sisters soon realize that living alone is quite overhyped and struggle with new neighbors, romances and just the nitty gritty of life.

Will we be getting a Good Trouble Season 4?

Even though there is no official announcement for Good Trouble renewing for a fourth season, fans would be delighted to know that a lot more episodes are on the way.

Contrary to expectations, season 3 episode 10, titles “She’s Back”, is not the finale, rather a midseason finale and the season will continue for quite a while longer.

The showrunner, Peter Paige, who goes by the handle ThePeterPaige, recently tweeted to let fans know what they have in store. The tweet read: “19 total – tonight is the mid-season finale.”

However, much like season 2, fans should expect a lengthy break before the season continues.

So, while there is no news on season 4, we believe its worth going over previous release dates to consider when we might hear about the next season.

After the midseason finale of season 2 in August 2019, the show returned by December that year. Following the same timeline, season 3 episode 11 might be premiered around the September of 2021, concluding the season by November.

Although its too much of a stretch, we could then expect a season 4 by 2022.
