Loki: Trailer Confirms A New MCU Power For God Of Mischief

Loki Updates: The Loki trailer reveals that Tom Hiddleston’s role can wield a new influence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new Disney+ series will investigate what occurred when the God of Mischief from the alternate universe stole the Tesseract in Avengers: Endgame. It is set to premiere in June 2021.

Given that it’s the first time Marvel has focused on a dastardly villain, Loki is likely to be a fascinating undertaking. For instance, Loki’s MCU past allows him to be an anti-hero, but the protagonist of the storyline also has a decent road to go before he can be resurrected.

It is possible, but that will rely on what happens when he interacts with the Time Variance Authority (TVA). The Disney+ display Loki will send fans a close peek at alternative universes, as well as new and current parts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as shown by the released video.

It’s uncertain what will happen to Loki himself. All has already been established about him as a major character who has starred in several MCU films, but with the additional camera time, Marvel can still expand on his history and introduce new dimensions to his persona.

One addition to the MCU’s take on Loki will come as a result of a unique move, according to the video. The villain Loki can be seen firing a green energy blast at an opponent at 1:48 in the Loki trailer, similar to how Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) uses her abilities in battle.

This isn’t uncommon for sorcerers and wizards like Loki, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Enchantress, and others in Marvel Comics, and they’re very popular for sorcerers and wizards like Loki, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Enchantress, and others. As such, it isn’t something God Of Mischief has done in the MCU – or at least, it’s not an ability he’s ever used on-screen.

The official website of Marvel acknowledges this, but it’s important to note that Loki has only used Gungnir and the scepter he got from Thanos to produce energy blasts so far [via Marvel.com]. He hasn’t yet produced them at his own fingertips, which will probably necessitate a great deal of magical knowledge.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki seems to be able to use these attacks without the use of a magical weapon. That’s not shocking, because he’s a professional wizard who discovered a great deal about magic from Frigga (Rene Russo).

Loki’s knowledge of magic allows him exposure to all kinds of spells, similar to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), which is presumably why Marvel hasn’t had an opportunity to show this talent yet.

Marvel will have many chances to implement a long list of hidden spells from Loki’s arsenal now that he has his own six-episode season. Loki’s survival will depend on his ability to use his skill set to its maximum capacity during his journey through time.
