Update from April 8th, 2021: Sad news for “MacGyver” fans! US broadcaster CBS has announced that the reboot will be canceled after season 5. So the series will probably not be able to get around ending.

The 5th season of “MacGyver” has been running since December 2020 on the US television station CBS. Netzwelt tells you how you can already see the new episodes as a stream in Germany.

If you don’t want to wait until the 5th season starts in Germany, you can call up the latest episodes in the media library of the US broadcaster CBS. To do this, you need a VPN service and you have to bypass the country lock.

The 5th season of “MacGyver” is nowhere to be seen in Germany. To be able to access the new episodes, you need a VPN service. Seasons 1-4 of the series can be purchased on Amazon and iTunes or streamed on Sky Go and Sky Ticket.

The previous seasons of the series found their way onto German television five to ten months after they were broadcast in the US. So we can only expect the 5th season in spring 2021 at the earliest. When the time comes, you’ll see the new episodes on Joyn and Sat.1
