Cyberpunk 2077 Has Currently Been Unavailable On the PlayStation Store For a Hundred Days

Published by

Cyberpunk 2077 Updates:  It has been some One Hundred Days since Sony Interactive Entertainment set to get rid of Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store.

It has been about 100 days since Sony Interactive Entertainment decided to delete “Cyberpunk 2077” from the PlayStation Store on December 17, 2020.

After years of waiting and some delays, the developer CD Projekt Red released the game on December 10th last year. However, the title did not meet expectations.

Players on all platforms are not facing a breakthrough experience, but facing a broken game full of confusing errors. However, due to continued crashes, dim and unsatisfactory frame rates, players on next-generation consoles face the most problems.

Lack of complex graphics and artificial intelligence. These and many other problems have caused CD Projekt Red to confiscate money from anyone who wants it. This is a promise that partners including Microsoft and Sony have failed to deliver.

The owner and some retailers have temporarily changed the return policy to accommodate a large number of return requests. Facts show that this is Sony’s last straw. Just a week after the highly anticipated digital and retail store release of the game, Sony removed “Cyberpunk 2077” from the PlayStation Store.

Cyberpunk 2077 Other Information:

As Game Rant pointed out, about 100 days ago, Sony removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS Store. Neither company provided any information about when the RPG will return to the PlayStation Store. I have high hopes and hope to restore it only after some important updates.

However, the ransomware attack on the CD Projekt Red network stopped the studio’s workflow indefinitely. Although the second major patch Update 1.2 was released on all platforms today, the status of the reinstallation of the PlayStation Store version is still unknown.

Earlier this year, before its network was hit by a cyberattack, CD Projekt Red stated that it was “cooperating with Sony to send Cyberpunk 2077 back to the PlayStation Store as soon as possible.”

For PlayStation users who still want to experience the open-world adventure, we hope that the return of the PlayStation Store will still be the top priority, although it is worth noting that the sales of “Cyberpunk 2077” on consoles have not been good after the release.

Failed to activate. So, who can say with certainty how the disappointing sales figures will affect the future direction of CD Projekt Red?
