How Kevin Feige Reacted to Chloe Zhao’s ‘Eternals’ Pitch

Eternals Updates: There has been not a better time to look forward to what the Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4 has in the future for us, particularly the next feature, Eternals.

This week we’re about to discuss the Eternals because it seems to be what Kevin Feige has been thinking about. The MCU studios head revealed in a recent interview his first reaction to director Chloé Zhao;s pitch for the out worldly Marvel feature and it certainly seems to be the indicator leading to the greatness to come.

In a recent feature on Zhao, a Rolling Stone Profile was published showcasing her journey of the incredible year thanks to Nomadland. The profile came along with commentary from Feige and other professionals from the industry, commenting on Zhao and her movie and appreciating her artistic vision as Director.

As for Feige, his remarks were centered around Zhao’s work on Eternals, which is coming in November 2021. He also recalled the moment when Zhao gave her pitch for the movie.

He commented,  “Not only does [Zhao] make remarkable, small, personal movies in a remarkable, small, personal way, but she thinks in grand, cosmic, gigantic terms, which fit perfectly with what we wanted to do. Eternals is a very big, sweeping, multimillennial-spanning story. And she just got it.”

Kevin Feige’s Reaction over Eternals?

Eternals by Marvel Studios will cast Eternals Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie, Brian Tyree Henry, Richard Madden, Lauren Ridloff, Barry Keoghan, Salma Hayek, and Lia McHugh. Eternals ‘ filming formally wrapped back in February 2020.

But there hasn’t been any reveal of either images or videos for the movie, even the trailer was kept under wraps thanks to the Covid Pandemic. All the releases of phase four, have been reshuffled in the Marvel studios.

We are hoping to see new snippets or footage, that follows the official group of superhuman immortal creatures. They have played and will continue to play the heroic role in events of the Earth.

Eternals is slated to release on the 5th of November, but we can expect to see a change in the release date at some point. Tune in to know more details on all the releases on Phase Four.
