Grace Porter Is Betty Shabazz in Godfather of Harlem Season 2?

Godfather of Harlem Season 2 Updates: American crime drama television series “Godfather of Harlem” will be back soon with its season 2. The crime drama television series premiered on September 20, 2019, on Epix.

Godfather of Harlem Chronicles the life of infamous New York crime boss, Bumpy Johnson, and his journey to regain control of the neighborhood he once ruled after an 11-year stint in prison.

The show is created by Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstrin the 10 episode series premieres on Epix in 2021.

According to the reports Grace Porter has been added to the second season of Epix’s Godfather of Harlem starring Forrest Whitaker.

Porter has had roles in the NYU production, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and A Dollhouse Part II, also securing roles on CBS’ Madame Secretary and Fox’s Prodigal Son.

Newcomer Grace Porter will recur in the second season of Godfather of Harlem as Betty Shabazz opposite Nigel thatch’s Malcolm X.

Season 1 of the show also starred Vincent D’Onofrio, Giancarlo Esposito, Ilfenesh Hadera, Markuann Smith, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Paul Sorvino, and Nigel Thatch.

Season 2 will see Bumpy proceed with his battle to recover order over Harlem from the Italian mobsters by endeavoring to seed interior conflict and cut off their indispensable heroin pipeline.

In the interim, Malcolm X will be compelled to pick among savage and peaceful reaction to the close consistent dangers to his life and his relationship with Bumpy will be severely tested.

There is also going to be second portrayal of Shabazz this year, with Joaquina Kalukango Playing her opposite Kingsley Ben-Adir’s Malcolm X in One Night in Miami.
