The Walking Dead Season 10 Updates: The Walking Dead Season 10 Part 3 trailer was revealed and it features some of the survivors looking at death in the chest. When a new threat is added, will Daryl and Maggie face death?
The Walking Dead Season 10 is set to resume shortly and viewers were excited to know the 10th run had been added with new episodes.
Fan-favorite Maggie (played by Lauren Cohan) will run into Daryl (Norman Reedus) again in the new episodes. Both survivors are seen confronting new threats in the teaser for the new episodes on AMC, and viewers are curious if they can survive.
The Walking Dead Season 10 Can Daryl and Maggie confront the latest fear of death?
Season 10 of the Walking Dead will return on February 28 with episode 17, and viewers are thrilled to see the survivors return.
A synopsis was announced for the next episode and it says: “Maggie returns to Negan’s dismay; the trials she has endured since leaving have made it more difficult for her and her son to survive.”
Daryl and Maggie can be seen fighting an unpredictable and unaware threat suddenly. The return of Maggie will be the star of the season, so the spotlight is bound to land on her. The teaser for the next episode was also released and it reveals Daryl looking down the barrel of a gun in surrender with his hands in the air.
Maggie also finds herself within meters of an explosion and, when the blast goes off in the trees, she is seen shielding her ears with her hands. As she explains to her son Hershel how he ended up without a parent, more of her backstory can be told.
Hopefully, something on how she managed to live with her young son without any assistance for so long would be published. You hear her say: he wondered how his daddy died. I told him that he was killed by a bad guy, and he wanted to know if he got what he deserved from that bad man.
In the trailer, Daryl and Maggie take center stage, with a few appearances being made by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). The trailer also introduced Lucille, Negan’s wife, who is played by Hilarie Burton, his actual wife.
Maggie appears to bear a grudge against Negan, but viewers will be keen to find out if their differences are resolved.
She is yet to forgive Negan for killing her husband, but in the new episodes, she might well get her vengeance on him.
Following the Whisperer War, the survivors have just begun to restore their lives, but the wicked had no rest.
In fact, Maggie and Daryl are likely to encounter new threats and one of them could well be Negan. Viewers would also see memories to Daryl’s time away from the party when he went hunting for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).
He may have faced some challenges along the way that fans will soon come to benefit about.
Viewers are informed that at some point, the survivors will come into the elite Commonwealth, so they will keep an eye out for the new party. Fans took on Twitter to express their views on the trailer, one of which said: “I was surprised by the recent Walking Dead trailer. I can’t wait for Maggie to come back.”
Maggie seems to be out for vengeance against Negan, but if she takes the wrong mistake, it could come back to haunt her. Meanwhile, when he approaches a crossroads with Carol, Daryl encounters his own personal issues (Melissa McBride).
In their own spin-off movie, the pair are expected to star, but their fates are pretty much set in stone for now.
This does not mean that along the way they would not suffer their fair share of challenges and there has been speculation of the pair falling out already.
For the six new series, the teaser left viewers hyped, with one saying on Twitter: See the new Walking Dead trailer for the 6 new episodes. OMG!!! OMG!!! It’s soo good looking.
Another fan said: “The new Walking Dead trailer looks AMAZING for the six additional episodes! It literally gave me goosebumps!”
