Hawkeye Updates: Hawkeye is an upcoming American television miniseries created by Jonathan Igla for the streaming service of Disney+, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name.
It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and is a nifty tie-in to the films of the franchise. The series ensues the events of the film Avengers: Endgame (2019) and is enthralled to add a new superhero Kate Bishop / Hawkeye. Produced by Marvel Studios, with Igla gracing the chair of the head writer.
By September 2018 a compte rendu about Marvel Studios developing a number of limited series for Disney+ was news. The production of a Hawkeye series began by April 2019, with Renner returning. Put under operation that July when Igla joined in September instead of Steinfield. Rhys Thomas and Bert & Bertie steered the ships in July 2020 as filming reeled in December 2020 in New York City when Steinfeld and additional cast members were announced.
When is it due for release?
The upcoming hit is yet to nab a release date but is entitled to a late 2021 premiere as part of Phase Four of the MCU.

Jeremy Renner tapped for reprising his role as Clint Barton from the film series, with Hailee Steinfeld joining him as Kate Bishop as his protegee. Casting alongside them are Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox.

But, as the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, has recently confirmed the news, the actor has broken her silence and revealed that it is an “honor” for her to be playing the character of Kate Bishop.
According to reports from ComicBook, Hailee Steinfeld expressed how she was elated to be back in form after a “crazy year” of not knowing if the web-series was going to happen for a while.
Kate Bishop is a complete badass and there’s “no denying at that”. Her character is very smart, witty, and always on her toes. She even leaked how Hawkeye put her under check during the quarantine. She said that it is a complete “honor” to be playing the character of Kate Bishop and is highly anticipating that it plays out well.
