Will Captain America Returns to MCU After Phase 4?

Captain America Update: In the wake of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the original Captain America return to the MCU not just as a symbol of hope.

There is a rumor spreading over that Captain America will return to the MCU is more than a money-making process to bring back a lucrative, beloved superhero. It actually has a potentially more narrative set-up in Marvel’s phase 4.

It will be more exciting if Chris Evans grabs his shield and take up arms in the name of justice once more, it will regain what he signed up for in the first place.

The country loved him as a young man and he also has a good name of Captain America under the threat. At the end of Avenger: Endgame Evans’ Steve Rogers retired as a spectacular fashioned man after returning the Infinity Stones to the rightful place and choosing a life with Peggy Carter in the confusing MCU timeline.

Captain America: Returning to MCU- Update

After a life defined by that early sacrifice, Steve got his happiness as a pathetic dedication to Tony  Stark for sacrificing his life to save the world. But thanks to the events of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which still looks like a battle for Cap’s legacy, but his job may not be done.

Captain America as the new mentor of The New Avengers

That show is also very important for Sam Wilson to engage the Captain America mantle, but it could be some more complex than that. According to the earlier speculations that Zemo will be the main villain of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, it seems that Sam and Bucky are really going to face a version of Flag-Smasher and ULTIMATUM.

The Zemo who is called Red Skull is secretly running an anti-national organization, it may not sounds like a specific threat, but there is another terrorist organization called ULTIMATUM, working in disagreement with all that Captain America stands for, and that also applies to the MCU edition. As a symbol of hope for MCU Steve Rogers will be required in phase 4 if Sam Wilson becomes the true new Captain.

The original Captain America should return because he has to prove that he is not only a symbol of hope but he has to eliminate the lie that he is a nationalist symbol, while nationalism is a combustible issue now and it is an interesting point for the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

In the middle of the Sokovia Accords, Steve turned his back on the nation, denying his old hero name. As he was Cap, he stays closer to the MCU’s edition of Nomad and returns to confront the misuse of “Captain America” as a political labeling weapon and iron makes as much sense as he returns after Sam and Bucky fight the Flag Smashers to pick up the pieces. Basically, while the Falcon and the Winter Soldier may seem to be a quest to find a new Captain America, the arrival of Steve should crown the arc to explore if it should be anyone. And the politics of it does not, even though the name sustains.
