The quote was delivered by Vespa. Dot is a friend of Vespa, a form of handy alarm to protect princess’ virginity. The alarm is quite annoying and is a bone in between the chemistry of Vespa and Lone Starr.
Whenever Lone Starr and Vespa gets too close, the alarm sounds. Well, the alarm was put off because Vespa got titled as a married woman.

The dialogue begins with one of the A**holes firing too close to Vespa while Dark Helmet struggles to capture it. Soon dark helmet senses that he is surrounded by a bunch of A**holes.

The most double meaning quote from the movie was uttered by Colonel Sandurz. The dialogue was said by the colonel after president Skroob, Sandurz, and Dark Helmet realize that air was returning to planet Druidia.
“No Sir, I Didn’t See You Playing With Your Dolls Again.”
The reason behind this quote is quite funny. It starts when dark helmet plays with his doll versions of Vespa, Lone Starr, himself, Dot, and Barf. The voice that he gives to the dolls is worth remembering.
While he plays with his dolls, Colonel Sandurz enters the room and pretends like he saw nothing. But he soon contradicts it adding again to the statement.
