Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous Season 2 Update: The Second Season of the Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous by Netflix, Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, and DreamWorks Animation will help in laying the ground for the upcoming Jurassic World trilogy, Jurassic World: Dominion.

Dominion director and executive producer of ‘Camp Cretaceous’  Colin Trevorrow said in an interview, “It is important to appreciate the work of writers to recognize their work in Camp Cretaceous as clearly its own story and its own show.” He also added that if given further opportunities, they will weave the story to a larger picture that they have in mind. “ We will keep informing about some things in Dominion that will connect to discoveries made”

Camp Cretaceous Season 1 is centered around a group consisting of six children.  They are chosen to take on a once in a lifetime experience at Camp Cretaceous. They attend the ceremonial camp on an abandoned Isla Nubar, though far removed from the theme park. However, as the series of events begin to unfold in the first Jurassic World, their vacations turn to a mission of survival.

The Season ended with the kids left stranded on the island as all the other participants of Jurassic World were evicted. The Second Season will see their attempt to co-exist with the dinosaurs, both friendly and ferocious.
