The Suicide Squad 2 is an upcoming American superhero movie written and directed by James Gunn, who is best known for directing Marvel’s Guardian of the Galaxy movie. He then was brought in to write the suicide squad in late 2018, later was directing it as well.

The movie will be produced by DC films, Atlas Entertainment and the Safran Company also set for distribution by Warner Bros.

It is the sequel to the 2016, suicide squad movie which failed to impress fans and critics. Therefore this time with a new approach it is going to hit the big screens.

The film stars Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Peter Capaldi, Sylvester Stallone, and Viola Davis.

Since the director hinted at the completion of the movie, various anticipations have already been running out in the minds of the impatient fans about Gunns’ R-Rated take on the suicide squad and how it will be different from the 2016 movie.

But as Warner Bros plan 2021, it will be released digitally on HBO Max as well along with theatres.
