Money Heist Season 5: Lisbon’s escape revealed, when she betrays the robbers

Money Heist Season 5 Updates:  Before the Professor’s second master plan comes together after fans submitted a disastrous new idea, MONEY HEIST could end the series with a surprising double-cross.

Raquel Murillo (played by Itziar Ituño), now best known as Lisbon, was tipped by fans to change her loyalties once again in the fifth and final season of Money Heist.

At the conclusion of the second season on Netflix, the former inspector has already deceived the police but maybe about to blind the public with another change of heart as the series returns.

Fans also suspected that in the coming final season of Money Heist, Raquel/Lisbon might use an unorthodox strategy to flee from the Royal Mint of Spain.

Originally introduced as the police inspector leading the Professor’s investigation (Álvaro Morte), at the end of season two, Raquel fell in love with the criminal mastermind and combined forces. However, one hypothesis has proposed that by escaping on her own terms, Lisbon could create tension within the party.

The squad fooled the Spanish police at any turn in the episode by dressing themselves and their captives in the same outfit; the famous red jumpsuit of Money Heist and the mask of Salvador Dali.

If Lisbon keeps her wits about her, at the end of the last season, she might find a way to slip out during the chaos after the unfair killing of Nairobi’s beloved fan (Alba Flores).

The abrupt exit of Lisbon, however, could further divide the party if it neglects to inform the rest of its criminal cohort about its escape attempt.

And if she tries to visit the professor again and lead the squad from the sidelines, it could be hard for the hot-headed crew to trust the former police inspector.

While her technique of disguising herself as a hostage did not persuade some audiences, it was obvious that most people wanted the unexpected pair to have a happy ending.

One of the fans answered, “All I hope for Season 5 is that the Professor won’t die. There’s nothing that I care about. It’s safe for me to get arrested, just not to die.

It can’t steal my spirit. When Raquel was saved safely, I was so relieved. But what I wish for the professor is a happy ending.”
