Special Season 2: Release Date & What will be the storyline?

Based on a 2015 book, I’m Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves, the show was nominated for Emmy. Given the kind of fandom in the first season, the producers revived the show for the second season. In a recent interview, Josh O’Connell, the producer of the show, said he wished they would have a half-hour episode in the second season. So, what is going to happen in the next one has yet to be seen. The developer claims he considers this restriction of 12 minutes irritating.
