30 Coins Season 1 Episode 5 Updates: HBO Spain recently debuted a fantasy horror-thriller television movie, 30 Coins that have been well received by audiences and reviewers, in Europe.
The drama series was created by Álex de la Iglesia, a renowned Spanish filmmaker. Stories around Spain and Europe reported that local reviewers have critically acclaimed the series while audiences are fascinated by such quality content.
Since its release on November 29, 30 Coins have been all over the internet these past weeks. Dark humour, bloodbath, and some fantastic demonic characters and monsters are featured in the show.
30 Coins, tells the tale of the small town of Pedraza, Spain, where the city has been terrorised by demonic occurrences. Padre Vergara, an exorcist, arrives in the city and teams up with Elena, the local vet, and Mayor Paco of the city. To keep the community safe, the unexpected squad battles against the spirits of hell and shadowy organisations. The first season of 30 Coins consists of eight episodes and will run until January 17, 2021.

The upcoming episode, The Double, will premiere on Sunday, 27 December 2020, on HBO Spain and Europe.
30 Coins has not yet made its appearance in North America and Asia. On January 4, 2021, the production company plans to post the first episode of the series on HBO Max. Also, the programme will air on the same day on the HBO Network in the US.
The horror-drama has been shot across Europe and America in many cities. Vergara went to Rome to meet the Pope and speak with him about current events in the previous episode, entitled Memories.
He discovers, after arrival in the city of Rome, that Santoro is waiting for him. The previous episode teased the return from the dead of a familiar face.
Since he mysteriously vanished two years ago, Elena’s husband was believed dead. In the next episode, though, he will return to the town after all these years. Santoro was still waiting in Rome for Vergara to be able to hire him for his new mission. Santoro tries to recruit Vergara and informs him that if he joins him, he will give him unparalleled strength.
