Death Note Season 2 Update: Curated by Tsugami Ohba, Death Note has achieved huge applaud. It is a Japanese Manga series; serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from December 2003 to May 2006. The anime comprised of 108 chapters.
They influenced the Madhouse production and Tetsuro Araki to adapt the anime and feature the entire novel in 37 episodes. The series was tagged under Viz media, USA.

In the first season; enlighten Light Yagami as the protagonist. He is a teen genius who is dissatisfied with his life despite huge success.
One day, after school the teen discovers a black notebook known as Death Note which is the principal book of laws of Shinigami Ryuk.
It educates the reader to kill anyone whose name is written in the notebook. However, Light decides to use this scripting to end the tyranny of evil and immoral intentions to create a utopian world without any evil or crime.
Later the lad; is named Kira. Later, the law takes the help of L, a mysterious detective, to catch Light and end his reign of terror once and for all.
Later L is switched with Near after his death while hunting down Light. Takada is killed by Light. Finally, both meet. Light commands Mikami to pen down everyone’s name except theirs on the DeathNote. Near confesses tampering of Deathnote which has made script ineffective.
Live-Action and Death Note Season 2
The manga is not only reconstructed as an anime series but also is produced as an anime. Surprisingly, the manga has had three Japanese live-action movies released in both 2006 and 2008 and a television drama in 2015.
It even initiated a franchise with a miniseries known as Deathnote: The Next Generation. Also, the fourth movie with a new set of characters.
The Netflix adaptation of the manga was an utter flop after it fabricated the story and characters.
Death Note 2 is conjectured to be released in 2022.
The show will focus on new characters and be based on a special one-shot published by the Jump SQ. However, Rykus revisit earth a decade later to look for an apprentice to use the death note in his own unique perspective.
