Reportedly, Tom Cruise was seen shouting at two of the crew members as they were not following safety protocols and guidelines issued by the production team. The incident had created a lot of disturbances on the sets. After the audio clip of the outbreak surfaced on the internet, several crew members left the production and some members from the production team of the seventh installment of Mission Impossible came into his defense.

Speaking to People Magazine they revealed,

“It’s hard to [describe] how incredibly intense and focused he is on making every movie the absolute best possible because The Mission: Impossible movies are very special to him as they are ‘his’ movies. Tom helped set up the COVID protocol and he takes it personally when the protocol is broken. In all the years of filming the Mission: Impossible franchise, no one has ever even heard Tom raise his voice and he is usually just laser-focused on filming but this movie is very different though as he has to film while making sure everyone stays safe.”

During these difficult times of the global pandemic, it would have been difficult for Tom to resume shooting and production who serves as both performers as well as producer of the movies. As per the sources, it is now scary for Tom to work in such a condition as he now has the responsibility of the safety of the cast and crew members along with the production and filming of the movie. The pandemic had put many more things at stake.

The filming of MI:7 has been difficult as it had to take a long gap since February 2020 due to the COVID 19 pandemic tensions.  Though the film resumed filming in September but again have to shut after several crew members were tested positive for coronavirus.

The film will be returning with Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Shea Whigham, Henry Czerny, and Esai Morales. The seventh installment as of now is scheduled for theatrical release on November 19, 2021.
