Detention: Netflix coming up with new Taiwanese horror series.

Detention Update: Netflix is ready with its new Taiwanese Horror series- Detention. Created in collaboration with PTS. The supernatural horror series is directed by I-Hsuan Su, I-Ling Lin and Shiang-An Chuang.

The show is based on the video game Titled Detention. The cast ensemble of the show includes Ling-Wei Lee and Ning Han. The series is also produced by Shih-Ken in and Yi-Lin Lin under the Outland Film Studio tag.

Detention: Release Date Update

The series will premiere on 5 December 2020. The series also follows the footsteps of the Chinese Language Originals. The show has 8 episodes of which Netflix will release 1 episode each on every Saturday. Image Source: What’s on Netflix

The Plot Of Detention

The show is set in the time of martial law called White Terror in Taiwan. The show features the political conditions of Taiwan during the martial law period, depicting a series of unimaginable oppressions.
