Recently Kelly opened up about her heartbreak and her inspiration. She revealed her source of inspiration to her music hero –Grath Brooks, in a daytime talk show on December 14.

She said that she has been listening to the famous album by the growth that is ‘The Dance’ which has inspired her to write songs for her new upcoming album.

The album ‘The Dance’ is all about the power to move on and to focus on the good times after a relationship ends up on a bad route. Kelly also mentioned that this song has helped her to move on and has helped her to write the next album.

Kelly opened up about the feeling of post-divorce. She said that it is really difficult to hide your guilt and shame. Everyone will be giving many sorts of things to overcome, but Kelly thinks that these things do not work, especially when someone has kids.

People suggest ways, gift books, and do much more, but all these things never let you out of the problems. Kelly says that it is really painful to see that the relationship is not going as expected.

Kelly also told Grath that there were many things to do but while playing her playlist, the song ‘The Dance’ came, then her mind clicked like yes! This is the one. The thought behind the song completely matches with the situation of Kelly.

Kelly married Brandon and is the mother of two, a six-year-old daughter River Rose and a four-year-old son Remy. Kelly filed for divorce from Brandon on June 5 in a Los Angeles court after seven years of marriage. Later, on November 30, Kelly was awarded temporary primary custody of her children.

Kelly also revealed that her husband Brandon Blackstock defrauded her out of millions. She also said that she wasn’t “happy” in Brandon’s marriage, she even said, “We both deserve better”.

Kelly’s ex-husband Brandon has demanded $301k a month in spousal support from his wife and another $135K a month in child support, though the children will continue to live with their mother in Los Angeles.
