Brian Austin Green responded to Megan’s deal whether or not he wants both joint and legal custody of his three kids.
The 47-year-old actor, answered Megan Fox‘s divorce filing by asking for joint custody of their kids: Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 4.
Brain Austin has filed a petition demanding both physical and legal custody of their kids on Nov.25.

The couple is quite contradictive though. In the court document submitted by the couple on November 25; Brian checked the box requesting spousal support that would be paid for both him and Megan. While Megan checked off the box requesting a termination of the demand.
We also spotted another difference between the documents of the celeb couple. The date of separation listed in Brains documents was 5 of March 2020.
While Megan dated it as November 2019. The duos ended their 10-year long relationship; and are still in dilemma about their separation dates. Strange yet true. And surprisingly this is the second time Megan filed for a divorce. Megan reasoned the divorce due to irreconcilable differences between the pair.
