Image Source: The People’s MoviesIt was already announced in June 2019 that the film is being directed and starred by George Clooney. Netflix is the distributor and broadcaster of the film and the filming started in October this year.
Felicity Jones became a cast member in July. Clooney then opted to rewrite her character as a pregnant lady rather than using a body double. In August last year, Kyle Chandler and David Oyelowo also joined the star cast of the film.
Tiffany Boone and Caoilinn Springall also joined in October later then last year. Then in 2019 November , Demián Bichir also joined the cast of the film. Sophie Rundle, Ethan Peck, Tim Russ and Miriam Jone then also joined in January 2020 making it a complete star cast .
The Filming of the show began in October 21, 2019. On February 7, 2020 they ended the filming. Clooney’s scenes which were set in Earth were shot in the last few months of 2019 and the scenes set in space were shot in 2020.
