Osmosis Season 2 Updates: This show ‘ Osmosis’ is created by Audrey Fouché and is a French Sci-Fi series. The plot of the show revolves around two siblings Esther and Paul.

They invent a high-tech implant that can determine a person’s soulmate. But between these test subjects, the dissatisfaction with their results, the technology turns out to be that easy as it sounds and seems.

Thus we learn from this show that the technology isn’t a problem, but the humanity is.

It is been set in near-future Paris, and in this science-fiction drama, we witness a new dating app called “Osmosis” developed that can decode true love, by digging deep into the user’s brain in order to find a perfect match with a 100% accuracy rate.

However, there is a price to pay when letting an algorithm decide whom you will love, by using technology that can access the innermost recesses of your mind and your best-kept secrets.

So, how good is the show? What kind of Reception did it receive?

The first season received very good reviews right after its release. On the site Rotten Tomatoes, it got a 100% approval rating with an average rating of 6/10.

Osmosis is very well directed, well-acted, and skirts the fringe of intriguing philosophical subtext. A strong, thoughtful, and visually interesting, and good dramatic potential.

When does Osmosis’s new season come out? Is there any delay because of the suspension in work?

Unfortunately on 17 January 2020, Netflix canceled the series just after one season. So there’s no Osmosis Season 2 coming.

But there are a lot of shows that have been cancelled and then later got picked up and we can just hope that this show Osmosis also comes back for a second season.
