Mosul: Fight for Right If you love action and thriller movies Mosul for you. This movie was released on 14 May 2019. It is produced by the Russo brothers Mosul has received many awards and was nominated for Emerge film festival, Maine, US.

Cleveland international film festival 2019 this film was nominated for the Gerg Gund’s memorial standing of award. Mosul got a silver award for the best original score. In Global Independent Film Awards 2020 movie received the winner for best documentary feature.

The film is based on a battle to get back the Iraqi city of Mosul from ISIS and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). We will also see various Iraqi groups involved in operation. The film has been released in two languages English and Arabic. Mosul has got a hundred percent rating on Rotten tomatoes. Movie is based on true events.

What is the storyline?

Iraqi journalist named Ali Maula joins the army to liberate the city of Mosul from the Islamic State. ISIS people took Iraqis everything their land, their freedom so one group of men fought against them to get everything back.

They find many strangers while they are on their mission. It is a historic Arabic language war movie. Here is what the movie star Adam Bessa said: it was a challenging role for him mentally as well as physically. This movie demands physical fitness as there are many action scenes.

The cast members had three weeks of bootcamp and while shooting actors just got one lunch break. Bessa used to trouble his co-star Suhail Dabbach because Bessa understood Arabic only 60%.

Used to disturb his ghost are even at 2 a.m. in the morning for the right pronunciation. Well, this is the sign of urge to learn new things. The movie is a mixture of American and Canadian and Arabic. Mosul is an extraordinary movie with action and thriller.
