Prodigal Son Season 2 Update: We are really excited for the Prodigal Son to make its come back the following year which is 2021 and the good news is that it looks as super incredible as the previous season or even more.
The poster that has been exclusively received by the sources shows us a blood-stained complete white room with an interesting caption to it “ Killer instincts run in the family”.
In the poster, we see the most fearful dream of Malcolm Bright ( played by Tom Payne) that he will follow the footsteps and become just like his father, the surgeon Martin Whitley ( played by Michael Sheen) who was really a devil in disguise taking the lives of many innocents.
Unlike what was expected, the finale took a brutal turn when we witnessed the merciless murder of Nicholas Endicott ( played Dermot Mulroney) by the hands of the family’s daughter Ainsley Whitley ( played by Halston Sage). What the fans are really excited to see the reaction of Endicott’s short-term lover Jessica ( played by Bellamy Young).
The expected start of the upcoming season 2 is that after the unexpected action of his sister Ainsley, he has been burdened by the responsibility of keeping the truth from his mother and protect his family and stop them from tearing them apart again.
The show will go on further to show Martin making attempts to form a bond with his ` prodigal son` but this comes with a price leading to a lot of dark secrets being revealed.
