Legacies Season 3 Update: After the fans showed so much love to the vampire diaries starring Paul Weasley, Nina Dobrev, and Ian Somerhalder among the many there were two spinoffs following the supernatural drama series titled The Originals starring Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, and Phoebe Tonkin among the others and the other one named Legacies.

Fortunately for the fans who are waiting impatiently for the sequel to the second season of the supernatural drama series Legacies, CW has finally announced a confirmation date for the same. To know more about the spinoff of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals keep reading further.

Legacies Season 3: Cast

The protagonist is Hope Mikaelson ( played by Danielle Rose Russell), the other regulars of the show include the character of Alaric Saltzman played by Matt Davis, Landan Kirby plays Aria Shahghasemi, Josie Saltzman and Kizzie Saltzman played by Kaylee Bryant and Jennie Boyd respectively.

Word has it that the comeback of Legacies will see the return of Ethan played by Leo Howard when he comes across Ben Levin playing the character Jed, the former werewolf Alpha, and seems a regular of the show.

Legacies Season 3: What is the show all about?

The show is a spinoff to The Originals which portraits the life of the all-powerful trybrid Mikaelson witch Hope Mikaelson who is the daughter of the original hybrid Niklaus Mikaelson ( played by Joseph Morgan) and Hayley Marshall Kenner ( played by Phoebe Tonkins).

The story goes on for us to witness Hope face all sorts of threats to her survival and how she overcomes all the threats to her life through her supernatural powers that run deep in her family. The fans are really excited to witness Hope take down her enemies and just like the last two seasons a blast, we expect nothing less from the third and upcoming season of Legacies.

We have got a confirmed release date of Thursday, January 21 of the upcoming year which is 2021 at 9 pm ET/PT.
