American Idol Season 19 Update: It’s been a few months since the final season of American Idol, and we’re ready to see Season 19. Fortunately, the game has just announced the first day of the show, and we’ll have to wait just a few months.
All three judges – Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan – will return to the board next season, and will be joined by Ryan Seacrest and his mentor Bobby Bones.
American Idol announced this week that the show will return for the new season on Sunday, February 14, 2021, on ABC. (What a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!) This will be the fourth season on ABC, as well as the nineteenth season in total.
American Idol Season 19: Update
The show welcomed video testing earlier this year and also allowed other singers to perform for the producer on Instagram Live. Unfortunately, the current test is closed this season.
According to some reports, all pre-trial audits this year will take place in California, due to COVID-19 complaints. The filming of the film reportedly began on October 5. The actors and staff were tested for the virus, and the public was isolated.
Last month, American Idol sent a photo of Katy, Lionel, Luke, and Ryan standing behind the judges’ table, separated by foot. This is different from last season when the artists had to sing away from home during the final weeks.
In August, Judge Katy Perry gave birth to her daughter Daisy Dove Bloom. He wrote on Twitter about returning to work in September, writing, “I love my job.” He also called for paid family leave for working mothers.
This new video is mostly aimed at the Halloween holiday – which makes sense because it’s right around the corner. Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, and Lionel Richie are all working on new episodes for a while now – set above by their new remote location. They look at people who do far away, and they also work to make sure they stay safe when they do that.
The biggest thing they should be afraid of is this? Common things like questions about whether the set was delivered or not. That focus is on this preview, which is silly and planned to be as high as possible. We think it does exactly what it set out to do – it gives us a good idea of the humor and the relationship between the judges. Also, we are sure that they are probably just happy to be out of the house for a while.
Last season, singer Just Sam won Season 18 for American Idol. Who will be crowned the winner of the 2021 season? We will have to wait and see. Be sure to start showing it on Sunday, February 14, on ABC.
