What Bridgerton Season 1 on Netflix about?

It a highly-anticipated romantic period drama series originally being premiered on Netflix.

The novel was released between 2000 and 2006; with a set of 8 books altogether.

The first season is based on the part of the novel collection – The Duke and I.

After spending a long time in London, Bridgerton decides she will not marry for love. She holds her belief strong until the arrival of her brother’s friend.

Mr. Dukes, who lived in Hastings, returns to England.  His charm flatterers ladies around; but Duke decides he won’t get into such fake love. Bridgeton, on the other hand, finds his influence powerful and believes he could help her find a respectable man to marry.

But soon when they meet over, Bridgerton falls for Duke.

Production History for Netflix’s Bridgerton Season one

The series scripting began in October 2018. And after a long span of almost 9 months, the production started.

The production house released its first BTS images in August 

The director again released an impressive BTS Clip on the courtesy show Somerset Live.

The series is produced in Bath in the United Kingdom. Places like Beau ford square, Barton street, Royal Crescent, and Abbey green were also spots of shooting.

At the end of October 2019,  the created posted the conclusion of the series.

Pheobe Dynevor- the female leading character Daphne Bridgerton, a debutant.

Ruth Gemmel- Lady Violet Bridgerton who plays the matriarch of the story.

Nicola Coughlan- The famous Derry Girls star plays the role of Penelope Featheringon.

Currently, there is no news of the release of the second season. But sources report the crew will begin its second editions shooting early next year.
