For Life season 2 Update: The legal drama, “For Life,” is about to mark its appearance on the screen of ABC once again. After a long wait of one year, the season is ultimately out. The great minds behind such a great work are Hank Steinberg and Power’s Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

How many episodes are there in For Life Season 2? 

Till date there has been no sure shot notifications as to the number of episodes in the new season. However, we can expect the similar number of episodes as that of season 1. Season 1 blanketed a total of 13 episodes. Still, let’s wait for official notification.

When will the second season of For Life be released? 

The season is all set to march onto the screen on Wednesday, November 18 on ABC.

Luckily, ABC has revealed the titles of first three episodes of, For Life.

The first episode of the season has been named, Never Stop Fighting and will begin from the exact point where the first season ended. That means the plot is going to pick up from the point where Aron has been given the opportunity for re trial. Well, the series is inspired from the life of  Isaac Wright Jr. He was wrongfully convicted on on drug charges in the year, 1991.

Thus For Life season 2 is based on the life of Aaron Wallace (played by Nicholas Pinnock). He accomplishes in becoming a lawyer behind the bars of the jail. From there, he tries to stand beside the other convicts. Also, he tries to alter his own punishment for the crime he was accused of. Sadly, a crime, he never ever committed.

The trailer shows his life as a freed man and how he adjusts with his life after the happening of the conviction.

Quite interestingly, Episode two is titled Homecoming. Whereas, episode three is named, The Necessity Defense.

Moreover, the season 2 will cast Aaron, out of the prison and will also engraft the COVID-19 scenario as well as the protests, “Black Lives Matter”. Such has been notified by  creator and executive producer Hank Steinberg. Also, it is going to bring to our focus, the challenges and loopholes of the American legal and criminal justice system.
