But this season does not dwell on its exciting historical events, which builds the narrative to present its direct test of kingship as an institution.

Combined with glamorous outfits, luxurious sets, and beautiful cinematography, Season 4 revolves around two completely different women and explores how their influence on Queen Elizabeth undeniably shapes the course of the royal family and the nation itself.

Anderson plays a role well but like John Lithgow’s portrayal of Winston Churchill in previous seasons, it takes a while to align his visible face with the style and mannerisms of the iconic woman he portrays.

But she enters the role and acts like the Iron Lady, introducing herself as a tough person by showing her strong determination and dedication to action, features that put her in direct opposition to the Queen’s main source of sleepless power.

Elizabeth seems desperate to connect perhaps with the only woman in the world who can begin to understand her position as a female leader, but resistance to Thatcher in this shows her complex relationships with other women and puts her at odds with women.

Her description here reveals that although her success was a major step towards gender equality, she did little to ensure that other women would follow in her footsteps.

As the timeline goes by, we see modern armies clash with empires, and Morgan’s thesis as a whole begins to emerge, questioning a culture that may have served its purpose.

Given the number of people presenting flawed people, as a rule, it is time to question whether the monarchy itself should be maintained.

While Season 4 offers incredible brilliance, magnetic performance, and flawless performance, it is a basic theme that asks if the time for change has finally come.
