A new Taiwanese drama has hit Netflix from October 25th, 2020 and here is all we know about the series.
Taiwan television has started airing The Devil Punisher on October 25th, 2020 but it took the drama at least a week’s time to be available for the International audiences on Netflix.
Outside Taiwan, that is globally the fantasy series has been tagged as Netflix original and has also been counted as the exclusive international original.
The Devil Punisher originally has audio in the Mandarin language and the fans cannot expect it to be dubbed, rather English and Spanish subtitles will be available for the Taiwanese drama.
The suspense series is about a mysterious baker who turns into a demon fighter by the night. In reality, he is a reincarnated deity and has a goal of reminding his forgetful amnesiac lover of their romance that has lasted a millennium.
Popularly known for the dramas Age of Rebellion and Endless Love, the director of the series is Joi-Chih Chaing. The Devil Punisher is the first-ever title Netflix that has been taken from the series’ network it airs on unlike the other Taiwanese titles that are acquired of the public television service such as A Taiwanese Tale of Two Cities.
