Riverdale Season 5 is an American drama series. It is mainly based on the characters of Archie Comics. It is produced by Warner Bros. The Riverdale series was adopted for the CW by Archie comics. They had successfully completed 4 seasons over 22 episodes.

The series was first premiered on January 26, 2017. Also, it gained many positive reviews. Now the CW will come back to the series for a fifth season, set to air on January 20, 2021.

Riverdale is based on a mystery, teen drama genre series. The plot goes around the four teenagers named Archie, Betty, Jughead, and Veronica were tackled in the small town of Riverdale that is common with ominous happenings and bloody criminals. The series was also nominated for many awards.

Riverdale season 5 will sequel of the last season where it left off. Due to the pandemic, the production was halted so the show of season 4 is managed to shoot only 19 out of 22 episodes. Fans and audience can accept new season episodes on January 20, 2021, on Wednesday.
