For Life Season 2 Updates: For Life’s Aaron Wallace is starting a new chapter, and the main art of Season 2 of the ABC game series proves that.
It puts Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock) outside the prison fence with a tag line, “Never Stop Fighting.”
The motto is also at the heart of the first season of the 2nd season of the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson-executive series. In it, Wallace promises a fellow prisoner that he will never forget his experience of imprisonment on his way to freedom. The trailer also gives a glimpse of his post-arrest life.
Inspired by the life of Isaac Wright Jr., who was unjustly sentenced but his sentence was commuted while he was in prison and became a licensed attorney, the first season of For Life followed Wallace (Pinnock) as he represented him and other inmates in court.
On August 31, 2020, it was reported that the second season had resumed production in New York, but on September 11, 2020, it was reported that the second season would stop production for the day due to the results of the COVID-19 test. Two days later, it was announced that the second season would suspend production for two weeks
As senior maker/producer Hank Steinberg told about the deadline in the July conference, Season 2 will glimpse Aaron getting out of jail. Its news coverage will also include the COVID-19 protests and the Black Lives Matter protests.
