Letterkenny Season 9 Won’t Go Into Production Any Soon, But There’s A Good News

Published by

Letterkenny Season 9 Updates: Letterkenny had been expected to get off the ground for its grand tenth season on Hulu this mid-year. The shooting had been predicted to occur in August and September 2020.

Be that as it may, in the same way as other a TV show, Letterkenny needed to halt the production with the pandemic making havoc around the globe. But finally, the show is getting back on track.

Letterkenny: Release Date

August and September are already gone by, and now it looks as though Letterkenny isn’t set to push ahead until 2021. Fans of Letterkenny is already pumped up but the real shooting won’t start until the Spring of 2021. However, there’s some good news.

As far as we know, Letterkenny has been renewed for Season 9. Nonetheless, chief creator Mark Montefiore as of late said that the show will return with Season 10 and Season 11.

It appears as though presumably it’s a mistake, given Season 9 in on production right now. In any case, whichever way may it be, two additional seasons are coming and this is confirmed.

It was Letterkenny’s Mark Montefiore was who was the first person who broke the news of the renewal. Given that the 2020 pandemic has increased expanded testing, protection, and wellbeing insurances for COVID-19.

Also, the fact that Letterkenny doesn’t get money per episode to the likes of giants like HBO’s Game of  Thrones. In conclusion, it doesn’t have enough budget to cope with the fees. It hugely affects financial plans, and evidently, that wasn’t a reasonable choice for the Crave and Hulu show.

The creators said that they needed to push their production from this year to one year from now due to COVID-related protection issues. Coronavirus has severely restricted the production of many shows at the present time.

And it costs to produce it now to cause the set calls for extensive safety measures and protection of the cast and crew alike.

Letterkenny isn’t the only TV show that must be pushed back because of the worldwide pandemic. Many other shows have seen the same fate. We’ll keep you refreshed when this famous show finally gets going.
