Warner Bros Production, Gotham, is based on the characters in the DC comic series. Bruno Heller did the creation along with being one of the executive producers of the series for Fox. To date, Gotham consists of a total of 100 episodes across its five seasons. The fifth season was announced to be the finale of Gotham but fans can never get over with the action crime sequels. They are still wondering that, will there be a sixth season?
Gotham: Renewal Status and Release Dates:
Gotham had a run from 22 September 2014 with the premiere of season one, till 25 August 2019 with the conclusion of the fifth season on the network, Fox.
As per the ratings of the series, the first three installments gained a decent positive response but after that, the responses started fluctuating making the showrunner lose inspiration to make the next seasons. Still, the conclusion of the fifth season was an acceptable one and it did not leave any loose threads. So, there is no way that Gotham will be coming back with season six.
