Truth Seekers Season 2 Updates: Truth Seekers Season 1 has been making people talk since it was released on Amazon Prime Video last week, and now we are wondering when the Truth Seekers ’release date will be? We’ve done digging where it can come out, however, it seems like we’ll have to wait a while.
The first season of Truth Seekers is glorious. I absolutely loved it, and it’s great to see Simon Pegg and Nick Frost working together again. That means Pegg’s time in the first season was very short.
The show follows Smyle broadband installer Gus (Nick Frost) and his new assistant Elton John (Samson Kayo) (yep, that’s his real name). They start out with a lot of uncertainty about each other, however, they end up crippled by something unusual and choose to explore it further.
Together, they record and record these extraordinary events and things start to go crazy when they meet Astrid (Emma D’Arcy) who is tormented by strange ghost organizations.
The series also reveals the likes of Julian Barratt, who plays the strangest and most beautiful actor Dr. Peter Toynbee, Malcolm McDowell, who plays Gus Richard’s father-in-law, and Susan Wokoma who plays Elton’s sister Helen. Truth Seekers Season 1 ended up in a great cliffhanger and we look forward to a lot more.
When can we get the Release date of Truth Seekers Season 2?
Image Source: Small ScreenSo, with that in mind, it’s time to try and figure out when the Truth Seeker 2 release date could be. The good news is that the second season of the show will be anonymous and probably scarier than the first season.
There has been talking that Edgar Wright maybe directing an episode in Season 2, which would be great. However, with COVID-19 placing breaks on everything, it is very unlikely that we will see Season 2 anytime soon.
There is also the fact that the characters involved in the series become very, very busy. We already know that Simon Pegg will find the right moment in his busy schedule of recording Season 2 very difficult. He is filming the next Mission movie: Impossible with Tom Cruise right now, and that will take up a lot of his time.
Nick Frost also works on another series. He is working on Joss Whedon’s new series The Nevers. The show will tell the story of a group of Victoria’s most gifted women who save the world
As for who else can return to Truth Seekers Season 2, We are sure that most of the characters would want to come back.
