Supernatural Season 15 Episode 17 Review Titled Unity

Published by

Supernatural Season 15 Episode 17 Updates: As we know, Supernatural Season 15 will be ending after just three more episodes, this episode “Unity” has vast areas to cover.

Due to the delay created by the pandemic, the upcoming episodes seem to fill us but remain deviated from the important topic of stopping Chuck. The episode however is mainly devoted to Amara, Dean, and Sam.

With the sixteenth episode focusing on Sam and Dean exploring how to defeat Chuck this chapter opens with the pleasurable life Amara has till she doesn’t come across Chuck.

Chuck, insists on not calling him God as he talks to Amara about destroying Earth and making a better creation where Amara insists him to see the beauty that lies in the planet.

This does not go well seeing how selfish he has become. He labels Earth as a complete failure and nothing is good enough for him.

Then the episode leads us to Dean and Jack. They head to a shop selling rocks and minerals in an attempt to hunt down the final ritual. We see the beauty when Jack is asked to choose a crystal with a touch of the divine to which he beautifully answers that every crystal possesses a spark as they are made by The Creator.

Adam( played impeccably by Alessandro Juliani) does not age being the first man just like Cain on whom walking earth for thousands of years seems to have taken a toll on him.

However, the episode’s end was the principal part when Dean expressed his gratitude after taking the time that portrayed a part apology.

Mary’s death had strained Dean and Jack’s relationship and the cherry-on-top was when Jack heard Dean saying he wasn’t family but the story wasn’t always like this. Before losing his soul and killing Mary, Jack was definitely the youngest and loved Winchester’s brother.

We also saw an image of Sam’s cursed life in Jack when he lost his soul and gave it to Lucifer. As ironic as it seems, Sam was the only one who still considered Jack’s family and forgave him.

Sam teamed up with Castiel and discovered that Billy had teamed up with The Empty to become the next God.

All the stories unite at the bunker where Amara and Chuck have a heartful conversation, Sam reveals Billy’s plans and Dean and Jack move forward to use Jack as The Weapon.

Sam and Dean have an argument if Chuck’s life should be spared. Dean wants Chuck dead whereas Sam thinks otherwise. He doesn’t care if a bunch of people die till it results in Chuck not writing people’s destiny.
