Black Widow. Well, now the one who played it, Scarlett Johansson tied the knot of marriage with actor-comedian Colin Jost. It might break the heart of those who had a crush on the actress.
Gotcha! For those who don’t know, it’s Scarlett’s third marriage while Jost is experiencing it the first time. Now, I will give you an overview of their marriage and their journey. Know the way they announced their marriage!
Tracing all the way back to their first encounter the couple has different opinions on it. While Jost says he met Johansson in January 2006, Johansson remembers Jost from 2010 on the show named Saturday Night Live (SNL).
Both agree on their meeting in 2017 on the finale of SNL where the actress was hosting the show. Behind the scenes, we hear that Kate McKinnon played the matchmaker.

The couple dates for two years and got engaged prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. In May 2019 the couple made a public announcement about their engagement.
Scarlett and Colin were well aware of the current situation and postponed their wedding to save some trouble. They surprised us by their secret marriage in the presence of immediate family and friends. The Avengers’ actress and SNL actor-writer exchanged the vows on 24 October 2020.
They made the announcement in a very noble way. An NGO named Meals on Wheels was assigned by the couple to make the announcement. They wanted to make their wedding auspicious by helping out the older people, the NGO works for.
