Surprisingly, season 3 finale was not actually intended to be a part of this, but of Station 19 Grey’s Anatomy crossover. Only when it was resolved that Grey’s would be one of the shows , whose production had to be paused early soon, the finale got clipped to this.
We can notice Andy’s husband laid up in Grey Sloan in the season 3 finale of Grey’s Anatomy. Andy is also seen supporting Robert Sullivan, dwell with his problems by being his support.
Robert has undergone a surgery which can help him overcome his addiction by diminishing the pain. Later she left, to tackle with the issues arising in her family and it also seems that they are going to get married in season 4.
